Division  /  AI creator agency

We run the inbox. That is the job.

Chat is the only part of an AI creator we take over, because it is the part where the money is actually made. You focus on creating and delivering high-quality content. We look after the people paying for it.

What we take over

Chat management

Everything else on a creator account exists to get someone to open a conversation. We handle what happens once they do, around the clock.

  • 24/7 coverage, properly staffed. Your model is covered at every hour of every day. No queue building up overnight, no fan waiting until morning for an answer.
  • Answers that hold up under scrutiny. Round-the-clock replies invite the obvious question, and fans do ask it. Our team knows how to handle someone wondering why she is awake at four in the morning without the conversation losing anything.
  • De-escalation when a chat turns. When a fan gets heated, the goal is to keep him, not to win the exchange. Handled well it is the difference between a refund request and another six months, and the retention figures reflect that.
  • Long-term connection, not a quick sell. Fans stay past a hundred days on average because the conversation is worth coming back to. That is what turns a spike into a revenue stream.
  • A written voice guide per creator. How she types, what she calls people, what she would never say, so the character does not change between shifts.
  • A pricing ladder instead of a price list. What gets offered, when in a conversation, at what price, and what happens when the answer is no.

What we advise on

Traffic and model creation.

We do not run these for you, and we would not pretend to. But between our network in the industry and the volume of conversations we sit on, we can tell you which steps actually optimise a funnel and which ones only look like progress.

ADVISORY — TRAFFIC

Where your fans should come from

Which channels bring people who spend and which bring noise, what a first day looks like by source, and where in the funnel you are losing them. Practical steps, informed by what we see across accounts rather than by one.

ADVISORY — THE CREATOR

What the character should be

Which looks fans ask for, which sets go unsold, and where a character reads as inconsistent. If something about the creator is capping the account, you will hear it from us early rather than a year in.

The arrangement

Who does what.

STAYS WITH YOU

The creator and the funnel

  • The character: her look, her story, her content
  • Posting and social channels
  • Your limits, in writing, which define our ceiling

COMES TO US

The conversations

  • The full chat operation, staffed and supervised
  • Pricing and the pay‑per‑view ladder
  • Fan retention and re‑engagement
  • Advice on the two above, backed by what we see

Getting started

Three steps, and none of them are heavy.

STEP 01

Get in touch

A short first conversation to get to know each other. What your creator is, where she is today, and whether we are the right people for it. No deck, no pitch.

STEP 02

Get the basics sorted, together

We go through our files and templates with you and fill them in side by side: her voice, her story, her limits, what she will talk about and what she has to sell. That document is what lets the team represent her properly from the first message.

STEP 03

We start chatting

Shifts go live and the team starts building connections with your fans. We report back with the numbers: what earned, what did not, and what we would change.

Questions

The things owners actually ask.

Do you make the content as well?
No. Content stays with you. We will tell you what fans are asking for and what is going unsold, but producing it is not our job and we would rather be honest about that than sell it badly.
Is a bot replying to my fans?
No. Every message is written and sent by a member of our team. Fans are paying for a relationship, and there is no shortcut to that worth taking.
Can I keep my own chatters?
No. We work with our own dedicated team only. The coverage, the voice consistency and the numbers we hold ourselves to all depend on it being our people on the account.
Do you work with NSFW creators?
Yes, it is most of what we do. Your written limits define the ceiling, not ours. Nothing gets offered or sold outside them.
How long before this is worth anything?
Chat improvements show inside a week, because they act on fans you already have. Anyone promising a specific figure in a specific week has not looked at your account.

Next step

Tell us about your creator.

Send the character, the platform and where you are today, by mail or on Telegram. We will come back with an honest read on what the inbox could be earning and what it would take to get there.
