AI company / Consultancy, products & creator management
We learned this on our own company, not on yours.
AI Ventura runs an agency on infrastructure it built itself, and a team that depends on it every shift. That is where the consultancy comes from. We already found out which tooling an operation genuinely needs, what it costs to keep alive, and where a clever system quietly makes the people using it slower. What you get is infrastructure shaped around how your team already works, added without costing you usability or pace.
Three ways we work
One company, three outputs.
Each one pays for the next. The agency surfaces the problems, the engineering solves them under real pressure, and whatever proves itself becomes a product or an engagement.
Tools built for how you work
We built our own stack to run this company, then started building for others. Optimisations to what you already do, and custom tools where the work deserves better software than it has.
What we build 02 — PRODUCTSSoftware we ship
Tools that started as something we needed and turned out to be something a whole industry needed. Snackle.fans is the first one out of the door.
Meet Snackle 03 — CREATOR AGENCYAI chat management
Our largest division. We run the chat for AI creators on Fanvue with a dedicated team covering every hour of the day, and advise on traffic and the character itself.
Into the agencyProduct
Snackle.fans
Know which ad actually paid for the subscriber.
Creators spend on traffic and then guess at what worked, because the platform never tells them. Snackle sits between the ad and the sign-up: a fast link page, real attribution back to the campaign that earned it, and conversions fed straight back to the ad platform so it can optimise for buyers instead of clicks.
Consultancy
We built our own tools first.
Everything the agency runs on, we wrote ourselves, because nothing on the market did the job properly. That is the experience we bring to other companies: not a methodology, but years of finding out which parts of a business genuinely benefit from software and which parts only look like they do. We consult on it, and where it is worth it we build the thing.
Built in production, under real pressure
Chat operations, content pipelines, fan CRM, attribution. All of it built to solve a problem we had that day, and all of it still running. We know what survives contact with a team that has to use it every shift, because ours does.
Improving what you already do
We map the work as it actually happens rather than as the process document describes it, then mark what is genuinely repetitive, what needs a person, and what is simply a broken process nobody has questioned. You get a shortlist ranked by what it saves.
Software built for your team, not licensed to them
Where an off-the-shelf product forces your team to work around it, we build the thing that fits instead. Internal dashboards, queues, review screens, reporting. Scoped tightly, shipped, and handed over working.
Chosen against your data, not a leaderboard
Which model, hosted where, at what cost per run, tested on your real inputs and your real edge cases. We will tell you when the honest answer is a smaller model, a rules engine, or nothing at all.
Proof it is earning its cost
Instrumentation from the first day: what each run costs, what it replaced, and whether the number moved. If it is not paying for itself we would rather find out in week two than in year two.

Tell us what you are trying to build.
A product, an agency operation, or a process that is eating your team alive. Send it over and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right people for it. Mail us, or send a message on Telegram if that is easier.
